The splint’s unique airway geometry creates a pressure-gradient force that increases airflow, improving nasal breathing and facilitating the clearing of secretions while minimizing blockage. Each splint also features two anterior suture indicators to guide precise placement through the splint and septum, helping prevent posterior dislodgement.
